Erik Grill has extensive experience in sales and management within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Services and responsible for Project Management in Supply Chain Management and Digitalization at POLOPLAST GmbH & Co KG since November 2019, Erik previously worked at Oberbank from May 2008 to October 2019, where responsibilities included leading Product Management and Digitalization for Retail Banking as well as overseeing sales strategy and profitability analysis. Earlier positions include Institutional Sales at M&A PrivatBank AG and Sales in Retail Banking at BAWAG. Erik holds a degree from FHWien der WKW, obtained in 2007, and pursued further education at LIMAK Austrian Business School from 2009 to 2010.
