Flavia Lancioni has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Flavia is currently working as the Head of Sales "Financial Services" at Intesa, a Kyndryl Company since September 2021. Previously, they held the position of Head of Sales "Large Accounts" at the same company from February 2020 to April 2023. Flavia also worked as an Account Executive at SAS from May 2018 to January 2020. Additionally, they have teaching experience at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi in 2020 and at LUISS Business School in 2019. Before that, Flavia worked at EY as a Senior Manager from October 2017 to April 2018, as a Manager from October 2014 to September 2017, and as a Senior Consultant from December 2011 to September 2014. Flavia'searlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Soft Strategy S.p.A. from December 2008 to November 2011, where they were involved in SLA management, IT operating model definition, and process reengineering.

Flavia Lancioni pursued their education in a chronological manner. Flavia started by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, completing their studies in 2006. Flavia then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management Engineering from the same university, completing their studies in 2008.

In 2009, Flavia Lancioni obtained the ITIL version 3 Foundation Examination certification from APM Group. Flavia later acquired various certifications in the area of project management and IT service operation. In 2016, they obtained the PRINCE2 - Foundation Certificate in Project Management and the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operation from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Furthermore, in 2017, Flavia Lancioni obtained the TOGAF® 9 Part 1 certification from The Open Group, along with the PRINCE2 - Practitioner Certificate in Project Management and the ISO/IEC 20000 (2011) Foundation certification from APMG International.

Most recently, in 2020, they completed a program called "Innovation in the Age of Disruption" from INSEAD Executive Education, earning a degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
