Andreea Stan is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, securities, and intellectual property. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Global Corporate, Securities & Intellectual Property, Legal at Ralph Lauren since February 2018, Andreea has played a pivotal role in advising senior management and the Board of Directors on corporate governance, significant transactions, compliance matters, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to this, Andreea held key legal positions at Time Inc., Univision Communications Inc., Viacom, and Davis Polk & Wardwell, focusing on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions.
