Amee Shah has extensive work experience in the legal field. Amee is currently working as the Senior Corporate Counsel and Senior Director at Tory Burch since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. for 7 years as the Director and Senior Counsel, specializing in contracts and marketing for Ann Inc. and Ascena. Amee has also worked as Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs at Soria Z. Designs, LLC from 2011 to 2014. Amee Shah gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the National Football League (NFL) from 2009 to 2011 and as a Summer Legal Intern at New Jersey Devils in 2009. Amee also interned at NBA Coaches Association / National Media Group, The Donna Karan Company, LLC, The Davis Firm, PLLC, and worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Dechert LLP and as a Legal Assistant at Piper Rudnick in earlier years.

Amee Shah completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Boston University in 2005. Later, they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree from Cardozo School of Law in 2010.
