Albina Toçilla currently serves as the Vice Dean of Research and Development Faculty at POLIS University since May 2019, focusing on research strategy and faculty management. Additionally, Albina is the Head of the Computer Science Program, providing leadership and accountability for the team while teaching key subjects in the field. As Technical Director at I.S.S (INTEGRATED SMART SOLUTIONS) since May 2021, Albina leads the design and implementation of technical operations and communication networks. Previous roles include Researcher at the Centre of Excellence of the EU, External Expert for curriculum development at THE QUALITY ASSURANCE AGENCY FOR PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION, and Visiting Lecturer at NEST ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT EDUCATION. Albina's diverse experience spans network specialization and academia, augmented by a solid educational background, including a current PhD candidate status at Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
