Mitali Bapat is a Design Researcher at THRIVE with experience in conducting ethnographic field research, synthesizing qualitative data into actionable insights, and building client-customer empathy. Mitali has also worked as an Industrial Design Intern at Plexus Corp., where Mitali developed medical device concepts through user-centered design methodologies. With a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati, Mitali is skilled in translating new technologies into concepts, designing user-centric experiences, and creating research documents for various design projects.
