Sören Voß has a diverse work experience starting from 2021 as a Mechanical Engineer at poLight. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Engineer at MELAG Medizintechnik from 2017 to 2020. Sören also served as an MSc Student at ME-Messsysteme GmbH in 2016 and as a Trainee at Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung for a brief period in the same year. Sören worked as a Tutor for complex numbers and elementary mathematics at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2014 to 2016. Sören gained valuable experience as a Working Student in production at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, they worked as a Trainee and BSc student at Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE. Sören's earlier work experience includes positions at Procter & Gamble, where they started as an Apprentice as a mechatronics technician from 2006 to 2009. Sören then worked as a Skilled worker from 2009 to 2011 and later as a Working Student in plant engineering from 2011 to 2012.

Sören Voß obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Sören enrolled in the program in 2011 and successfully completed it in 2017.
