Shawn Hesham started their career in 1976 as a Sr. General Manager at Marriott Corporation Restaurants Division / Bob's Big Boy and worked there until 1988. In 1986, they became the CEO of K&H Inc Subway Multi Unit Franchisee. In 1994, they co-founded Lords and served as the President until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they were the President of MinkVox / Henry Duarte. In 2000, they became the President of MinkVox and held the position until 2003. In 2007, they joined Subway as a Development Agent and held the position until 2017. In 2010, they became a Founding Board Member at IPC Middle East & Africa Ltd. Shawn Hesham'smost recent role, starting in 2016, is as the Co-CEO, CMO & Business Development at Poke Me.
Shawn Hesham Karama attended UCLA Extension from 1982 to 1985, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management for the Restaurants Industry and Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. From 1977 to 1980, they attended Santa Monica College, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In addition, in 1977 and 1978, they obtained a degree in Supervisory Management with a field of study in Leadership Skills from the American Management Association.
