Charlotte Szösz is an experienced pastry chef currently working at The Point since September 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte served as a pastry chef at Lake Placid Lodge Relais & Châteaux from March 2022 to September 2023 and as a pastry supervisor at The Sagamore from November 2020 to March 2022. Earlier career highlights include positions as a senior cake decorator at Apple Pie Bakery Cafe and an intern at Ron Ben-Israel Cakes. Charlotte also gained experience through brief roles at Madison Lee's Cakes and Charlotte Neuville Cakes, as well as completing an apprenticeship with Chef Ciril Hitz focused on artisan bread baking. Charlotte obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Food Studies, specializing in Baking and Pastry Arts, from The Culinary Institute of America, completing the program in 2020.
