Technical Support Manager at Podium

Devan W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at McDonald's as a Crew Member, specializing in McCafe and providing friendly and efficient customer service. Devan then moved on to Pop-up Buddha, a newly established Japanese venue, where they contributed to the opening and planning process and served as a senior member in the floor and bar sections. They also trained and developed new staff members. After this, Devan worked as a Senior Food & Beverage Attendant at Chocolate Buddha, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and attention to detail. At Ascender HCM, Devan started as an intern and quickly became a permanent member of the Support team, providing technical assistance to clients and resolving their issues. Currently, Devan is working at Podium as a Support Lead, leveraging their previous experience to lead and support the team in providing quality support to clients.
