In their previous role as Sales Operations Manager at HowGood, Matt was responsible for increasing SMB sales from $1.8 million in FY 2018 to $2.7 million in FY 2019, a 50% year-over-year increase. Matt also designed and implemented SOP guidelines for the SMB sales lifecycle and shepherd transition to distribution channels with an 85%+ success rate.
Matt Noia has a Bachelor's degree from New York University in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Matt is currently enrolled in Hubspot Academy to become a Hubspot Administrator and Salesforce Administrator through Trailhead by Salesforce.
