Max Pagel has extensive experience in operations and technical roles, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at PNTA since June 2011. In addition, Max has been part of the management team and a ski instructor at Powderpigs since December 2011. Previous positions include Master Electrician and Technical Lead at West of Lenin from June 2012 to January 2016, as well as serving as Lighting Director and Master Electrician at the Castleton Festival in 2015, after holding the Master Electrician role at the same festival the year prior.
