Malcolm started their career as a Strategic Account Executive at W.W. Grainger in 2000. Malcolm was quickly promoted to Corporate Accounts Program Manager in 2008. In this role, they collaborated with the Global Brands Executive Procurement team to provide support in creating partnerships at every level of both organizations. Malcolm also designed site strategy execution for the deployment of value added services and solutions while simultaneously equipping field teams with resources and tools to support the programs.
In 2012, Malcolm left W.W. Grainger to become a Corporate Account Executive at Nextel. Malcolm was responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Malcolm successfully completed H1 superseding objectives, goals, and targets.
In April 2018, Malcolm joined LineDrive as the Business Development Director. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Malcolm also oversees the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals.
Malcolm Smith studied sociology and minored in political science at Colorado State University. Malcolm also attended Carbondale Community High School.
