Tim Cook, CRCM, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Compliance Program Director at PNC since October 2021, overseeing compliance risk management for the Corporate & Institutional Bank, with a focus on fintech partnerships and an enterprise-wide cryptocurrency engagement framework. Previously, Tim held various leadership roles at BBVA in the USA from May 2013 to October 2021, including US Director of Digital Compliance, responsible for compliance oversight of new business models and fintech ventures. Early career experiences include compliance oversight at Pinnacle Bank, as well as legal and research positions at various law firms and legal organizations. Tim holds a JD from Samford University and a BA in Geography from The University of Alabama.
