Jarl Koning is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Samsara since April 2022, Jarl previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Northern Europe at ServiceNow from August 2017 to April 2022, supporting the Nordics and Benelux region within the EMEA Commercial Legal Team. Prior legal experience includes a role as Advocaat at Trip Advocaten & Notarissen from November 2014 to March 2017, focusing on intellectual property, tort law, and privacy, as well as serving as an Advocaat-stagiaire at Van der Steenhoven Advocaten from July 2011 to September 2014 with a concentration in IT law and intellectual property. Jarl's educational background includes a degree in IT-Law from the University of Groningen and a Havo diploma from Almere College Kampen.
