Shane Franklin is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in retail lending and operational service support. Currently serving as SVP, Operations Director at PNC since October 2021, Shane oversees mortgage acquisition, credit bureau investigations, and compliance with the Servicemember Civil Relief Act among other responsibilities. Prior to PNC, Shane held various senior leadership roles at BBVA Compass for over three decades, including SVP, Director of Operational Service Support, and SVP, Loan Operations Manager, with a focus on operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic service planning. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Montevallo and an Associate's degree in Retail Merchandising from Lawson State Community College.
