Hugo Pinto serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Semapa since 2012, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Group Planning and Strategic Development, Director of the Office of the CEO, and Deputy Director in Finance and Strategic Planning. Pinto is also a Non-Executive Board Member for The Navigator Company, Secil, ETSA Group, and Semapa Next, as well as a Board Member for HOTEL RITZ, SA. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at Sonagi SGPS SA and a Project Manager at JLCM, with a focus on real estate investment and structural engineering, respectively. Academic credentials include an MBA in General Management from INSEAD, an MSc in Finance from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and degrees in Civil Engineering from both DTU - Technical University of Denmark and Instituto Superior Técnico.
