April Leonardo CPM, HCCP is a seasoned professional in the property management industry, currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of PMR Companies since January 2008. April obtained the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, reflecting expertise in real estate management. Prior experience includes roles at Property Management Resources as Director of Marketing/Training and Director of Operations from 2002 to 2007, and at Flagship Property Management as a Leasing Agent and Property Manager from 1995 to 1998. April holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Southeast.
