Paula Mina Lazaro is an accomplished professional with significant experience in sales operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Team Lead at Pacific Market International since January 2017, Paula oversees the Account and Program Management team for North America and Asia Pacific distributors, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements. Previously, at Emerson from December 2012 to January 2017, Paula managed a team of Sales Order Management Engineers, achieving sales targets for regulator products in Asia Pacific. Paula also held leadership roles at SYKES and Advance Contact Solutions, focusing on customer service and support. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mapúa University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
