Jil Esser currently works as a Scale Up - Managerin at PMI Growth Group since March 2021. Prior to this, Jil was a Teamleiterin at Cinedom Kinobetriebe GmbH from May 2019 to March 2021 and a Barista at Coffee Fellows from July 2017 to January 2019. Jil is pursuing their education at the University of Cologne from October 2019 to September 2025. Their role involves process optimization, creating structures, advancing growth, coordinating appointments, preparing and following up on meetings, facilitating staff development, scheduling and documenting personnel discussions, generating reports, and providing legal advice.
