Joel Schlossberg is an experienced general manager currently serving at Oasis Marinas since January 2023. From April 2008 to August 2022, Joel was the general manager of Life Time Athletic, where responsibilities included enhancing membership sales and customer satisfaction at an underperforming location, alongside overseeing a 66,000-square-foot facility and managing financial reporting and facility improvements. Prior to that, Joel served as the director at LifeBridge Health from February 2002 to April 2008, providing strategic oversight for a 69,000-square-foot health and recreation center. Joel's experience also includes general management roles at The Sports Club/LA, overseeing a luxury fitness club, and at The Columbia Association, managing a gym and day spa. Earlier operational management experience was gained at Wild World Amusement Park. Joel holds an MBA in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Dickinson College.
