James Petropoul has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in security and community engagement. Currently serving as a Security Officer at Plymouth Place Senior Living since June 2020, James has previously taken on roles such as Primary Educator while being a Stay at Home Dad since June 2007, Bike Coordinator for the Village of Palos Park, and Director of Administration and Communication at The Hellenic Foundation. Additionally, James served as Parish Administrator and Director of Youth Ministry at The Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Illinois State University, along with an Associate of Arts from Lincoln Junior College.
