Manju Thomas has a diverse work experience across various industries. They started their career as a Business Development Intern at Fidelis Senior Care in 2007. They then worked as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they collaborated with the CFO to implement cost reduction initiatives and created capital planning budgets for hospitals. In 2010, Manju joined PRTM Management Consultants as an Associate and implemented a medical management initiative resulting in significant savings for a Medicare Advantage division.

Following this, Manju joined the FDA and took on roles as a Project Manager and Program Manager. They led the implementation of various IT platforms, managed budgets, and supervised teams. They also worked on the redesign of business processes and systems for the Generic Drug User Fee Act and Biosimilar User Fee Act.

In 2015, Manju joined the Peace Corps as an Education and Health Volunteer, where they successfully managed the funding and construction of pit latrines and supported the implementation of USAID's Systems for Health initiative.

From 2017 to 2018, Manju worked as a Physical Therapist and Supervisor at Outreach Physical & Occupational Therapy and Speech Rehabilitation. They supervised a staff of therapists, created an onboarding program, and ensured compliance with Medicare guidelines.

In 2020, Manju joined 8th Light as an Apprentice Software Engineer and gained experience in building applications using Ruby, Elixir, and Java. They applied SOLID principles and test-driven development to create flexible and maintainable applications.

In 2018, Manju founded Smart Moves Physical Therapy, a profitable business providing physical therapy to Medicare beneficiaries. They managed all aspects of the business, including finances, marketing, and technology infrastructure.

Most recently, Manju joined +³§±«µþ³§°ä¸é±õµþ·¡Â® as a Full Stack Engineer in 2022.

Manju Thomas has a diverse education history. In 1992, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Cornell University. Following that, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2006, Manju enrolled in the MBA program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, specializing in Health Sector Management and Financial Analysis. Manju completed their MBA in 2008 at the Indian School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2019, Manju attended App Academy for computer software engineering but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CS50x completion from CS50 and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019 and 2013, respectively.
