Liliya Zeigler, P.E. has worked as a Structural Engineer at Plus Group, A Salas O'Brien Company since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lynch Mykins Structural Engineers as a Structural Engineer from January 2021 to January 2022. From September 2018 to January 2021, Liliya worked as a Structural Engineer at Speight, Marshall & Francis, P.C. Liliya was also a Structural Engineer at Titan Engineers PC from July 2016 to September 2018. Before pursuing a career in engineering, Liliya had a role as a Civil Engineering Intern & Part-time Employee at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from June 2015 to December 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Teller at Wells Fargo from January 2013 to May 2014, and as an Administrative Assistant at Arsk Plast Inc. from September 2005 to May 2010.

Liliya Zeigler, P.E. began their education in 2006 at Kazan State University of Culture and Arts, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in IT and Multimedia Design in 2010. Liliya then pursued further education at Tidewater Community College from 2013 to 2015, earning an Associate of Science degree in Engineering. Afterwards, they attended Old Dominion University from 2015 to 2016, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
