Customer Care Specialist at Plum Kitchen

Marion Schmid has a diverse work experience in various industries. Marion is currently working as a Customer Care Specialist at both Plum and Onepilot since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Chargée de promotion culturelle at Département des Hauts-de-Seine from January 2023 to July 2023. Marion also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Saisons Zéro from May 2021 to January 2023. Before pursuing a career in customer care, Marion held positions in the field of arts and culture. Marion worked as an Adjoint du patrimoine at Musée des Beaux Arts de Dijon from October 2019 to May 2021. Additionally, they served as an Assistante de conservation at Hospices Civils de Beaune from June 2019 to November 2019 and at Musée des Beaux-arts de Dole from January 2019 to June 2019. Marion gained experience in social media management as a Secrétaire, chargée des réseaux sociaux at Artémis from September 2018 to May 2019. Marion also volunteered at Abbaye Saint-Vivant from October 2012 to January 2019 and worked as a Médiatrice culturelle at Abbaye de Citeaux from May 2017 to October 2017.

Marion Schmid's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2019, Marion studied at the Université de Bourgogne and earned a Master 2 (M2) degree in Direction de Projets ou Établissements Culturels option Ingénierie de l'Action Culturelle.

In 2015 and 2016, Marion also attended the Université de Bourgogne and obtained a Master 2 MAMTEP (Mondes Anciens et Médiévaux Territoires et Environnements du Passé) degree with a specialization in History.

Prior to that, Marion completed a Bachelor's degree in History at the Université de Bourgogne between 2012 and 2015.

Earlier in Marion's education, from 2009 to 2012, they studied at Lycée Etienne Jules Marey in Beaune and received a Baccalauréat degree in the Literary field.
