Kelly Kenyon has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Kelly started their career at SABIC in 2012, where they worked as an Operation Development Program (ODP) Engineer for the first two years. Kelly then transitioned into the role of ColorXpress Engineer for three and a half years, before eventually becoming a Production Capability Leader. As a Production Capability Leader, Kelly was responsible for supporting the compounding operation, executing production plans, monitoring performance, and identifying improvement opportunities. In 2021, Kelly joined Plug Power as a Process Engineer, where they focused on GenDrive Class 2 Manufacturing. In September 2022, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Process Analyst in the Manufacturing Systems Integration team. In this role, Kelly developed and implemented a manufacturing execution system, creating data visualizations and dashboards to provide real-time manufacturing feedback for improved quality and efficiency.

Kelly Kenyon completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2016 to 2018.
