Jaime Guerrero Ortiz has significant work experience in various roles and companies. Jaime started their career at IEE Ingeniería in 2010, where they held the position of Operaciones. In 2011, they became a Co-Fundador / Gerente de General, responsible for overseeing the overall operations, including technical problem-solving, product decision-making, maintenance planning, and resource management. Jaime also took on additional responsibilities aligned with the company's strategic plan.

In 2017, Jaime joined Plug Power as a Technical Support specialist. Lastly, they worked at Casa Musa as Operaciones from 2009 to 2011.

Jaime Guerrero Ortiz completed their education from 2003 to 2009, starting with studying Electrical Engineering at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile from 2003 to 2005. Jaime then pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Duoc UC from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, in March 2009, they obtained a certification as an "Instalador Eléctrico Clase A" from the Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles, SEC.
