2. James Construction Group, LLC (2020 - 2022): Project Manager for FM 1097 Expansion in Willis, TX. Responsible for change orders, project budgets, costs, scheduling, and sequencing.

3. Dragados USA, Inc. (2016 - 2020): Segment Engineer for SH288 Toll Lanes Expansion in Houston, TX. Involved in planning and execution of BW8 interchange expansion, developed TCPs and critical lift plans, and managed subcontractors.

4. Omega Project Solutions (US) (2016): Civil Inspector / Project Engineer for Cheniere Energy's Corpus Christi Pipeline Project in Sinton, TX. Monitored construction, assembled inspection records, and tracked production, budget, and schedule.

5. UniversalPegasus International, A Subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Industries (2014 - 2016): PEMB Coordinator / Project Turnover Manager for Cheniere Energy's Ingleside Marine Terminal Project in Corpus Christi, TX. Managed contractors, tracked production, budget, and schedule, and provided cost-saving analysis for owner representatives.

6. TIC The Industrial company (2011 - 2014): Mechanical Completion & Interface Manager / Structural Field Engineer for HESS Corporation's Tioga Gas Plant Expansion Phase III in Tioga, ND. Organized packages for hydro testing, identified punch list items, and communicated progress with owner representatives.

7. Kiewit (2010 - 2011): Field Engineer / Estimator for City of Portland, Oregon's Portland East Side CSO Tunnel Project. Planned and oversaw construction, produced technical drawings and submittal packages, and supported the construction of a concrete vortex sewer structure.

David "Craig" Moline pursued their education at Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural Engineering and another B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
