Liesl Pimentel currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Plug In America since October 2023. Previously, Liesl held the role of Executive Assistant at Wild Animal Initiative for a short period in 2023, supporting the Executive Director with administrative tasks and stakeholder engagement. Liesl's experience also includes serving as an Advisory Board Member for ASU Career and Professional Development Services from October 2020 to June 2023, contributing insights on career services to benefit students and the community. At UMOM New Day Centers, Liesl worked as a Recruitment Manager and Talent Coordinator, overseeing recruitment processes and collaborating with departmental managers. Earlier roles include managing educational programs at Phoenix Zoo and coordinating giant traveling maps for National Geographic Society. Liesl holds a Master’s degree in Experiential Education from Prescott College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Ecology from The University of Georgia.
