Some of their previous positions in the Navy include Command Master Chief for Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Senior Enlisted Leader, and Command Master Chief for ACU2. Throughout their career, Collier has been recognized for their leadership and dedication to their work. In 2015, they were awarded the Legion of Merit for their outstanding service to the Navy.
