Kim Dale currently serves as the Engineering Manager at Preformed Line Products, a position held since March 2008. Previously, Kim worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GDX Automotive from 2000 to 2008 and at the White Rodgers Division of Emerson Electric from December 1994 to August 2000. Kim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a Professional Concentration in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas State University between 1990 and 1994, following a high school education at Batesville High School from 1987 to 1990.
