Phillip Connaughton is a highly experienced software professional currently serving as the VP of Software at Altus Thermal since January 2024. Previously, Phillip held the position of VP of Software Engineering at Running Tide, where the focus was on building a team to combat climate change and quantify the impact of carbon sinking. Phillip's career includes significant roles at ASICS Digital as Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering at CandleLit Labs LLC, where Phillip co-founded an iOS app aimed at enhancing drink preparation. Earlier experiences with Runkeeper and Traction Software involved leading engineering initiatives and developing various applications, including a native watchOS2 app. Phillip earned a BS/BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Providence College.
