Megan Lawhon has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Megan began their career at Hills Communities in 2002, where they worked as a Leasing Consultant, then progressed to roles such as Leasing Manager, Property Manager, and finally District Manager. In 2013, they joined Lifestyle Communities as a Regional Manager before moving to Associated Estates Realty Corp, where they served as a Regional Manager. Megan then transitioned to Fairfield Residential as a Regional Supervisor in 2015. Currently, Lawhon holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at PLK Communities since December 2018, after previously serving as the Vice President of Operations.

Megan Lawhon obtained their High School Diploma from Ursuline Academy between 1994 and 1998. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management at Bethel University.
