Kathy Claussen is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in operations, leasing, and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lincoln Property Company CRE since September 2022, Kathy oversees a diverse portfolio of approximately 2.2 million square feet, encompassing various property types. Kathy's previous roles include Sr. Director of Leasing at Veritas Investments, and Director and GM at CBRE, where supervision of asset management for multiple Bay Area projects was a key responsibility. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at Opus West Corporation, Catellus Development Corporation, and Paragon Group, demonstrating a strong background in property management and marketing within prominent real estate firms. Additionally, Kathy has experience coaching as the Girls Golf Coach at Piedmont High School.
