Pavel Paimulin is a seasoned professional in project finance and public-private partnership (PPP) transactions, currently serving as a Senior Analyst for PPP Origination at Plenary Group since April 2023. Previously, Pavel held the role of Senior Expert in Project Finance & PPP Transactions at Gazprombank from May 2021 to April 2023, and served as a Senior Consultant in Risk Transformation at EY from May 2017 to May 2021. Pavel began their career as an intern in Financial Audit at KPMG from May 2016 to May 2017. Academically, Pavel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University, along with a Bachelor's 2nd degree in Business & Finance Law from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
