Justas Ažna has been working in software development since 2012. In 2013, they were a Software Developer at iPinion ApS and fadeit ApS. In 2014, they were a Software Developer at Alexandra Instituttet where they developed ckanext-realtime. In 2015, they were a Software Engineer and Co-Founder at Play Digital Signage. In 2016, they became a Software Engineer at Toptal. In 2018, they were a Software Development Consultant at Novozymes where they worked with BioPython, BLAST, ceph, hadoop, hbase, mapreduce, python, react.js, SGE, solr, and spark.

Justas Ažna completed a Professional Bachelor in Software Development from Business Academy Aarhus in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an AP in Computer Science from the same institution between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, Cryptography I from Coursera in July 2015, and Machine Learning from Coursera in July 2013.
