Haja Mohideen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Haja started their career in 2010 as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they performed feasibility analysis, design, development, testing, and support for various applications. Haja then joined Azvic Enterprises Pte Ltd. in 2014 as a Senior Analyst Programmer, where they conducted requirements discussions, performed technical feasibility studies, and designed and developed applications. Haja then worked at ST Electronics from 2015 to 2017 as a Senior Software Developer, before joining Bolloré Logistics as a Senior Analyst in 2017. At Bolloré Logistics, they played a crucial role in analyzing and providing solutions. Recently, in 2022, Haja Mohideen joined Telepathy Labs as a Senior Software Engineer.

Haja Mohideen obtained a high school degree from Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, from 2004 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from P. R Engineering College, from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Haja Mohideen obtained several certifications, including "Learning React.js" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Creative Thinking Fundamentals CSI1" from Tirian Innovative Solutions in August 2019, and "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute in February 2017.
