Sabina Mora Carrascosa is a professional with extensive experience in research and development, quality management, and nutrition. Currently serving as Técnico I+D+i y Calidad at Platos Tradicionales PLC since July 2017, Sabina oversees the management system certified in UNE 166002:2021 and is responsible for final product labeling. Prior experience includes a role as Responsable Centro de Estudios at LUDARE from June 2012 to 2017 and an internship at Newrest in 2014. Sabina holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Universidad Isabel I and has further certifications in internal auditing for R&D management systems from Bureau Veritas, along with a higher vocational qualification in dietetics and nutrition from Instituto Técnico Profesional PAX.
