Michael Schietroma has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Platinum Dining Group since January 2019, where previous roles included Restaurant Manager and Food Server. Prior experience includes positions as Restaurant Manager and Server at Harry's Seafood Grill and Banks' Seafood Kitchen from January 2017 to January 2019, with a focus on sustainable seafood and exceptional guest experiences. Michael's earlier work as a Server at Redfire Grill and Steakhouse from January 2010 to January 2017 laid the foundation for a commitment to outstanding service in an upscale casual atmosphere. An internship at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom Resort in 2014 provided valuable insights into superior guest experiences. Michael graduated from the University of Delaware in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
