Samantha Wilson is an experienced professional in the fields of training and instructional design, currently serving as a Franchise Success Manager at RobotLAB Inc. since March 2024. Previous roles include Instructional Designer at Nation's for a brief period in 2023 and multiple positions at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. from November 2020 to August 2023, where Samantha held positions such as Senior Manager of Training and Area Operations Manager. Samantha's career also encompasses significant experience at KFC as an Area Coach from March 2014 to March 2020 and at Taco Bell as Market Training Manager from October 2004 to April 2014.
