Dave Carr has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Dave currently serves as the President of Plasti-Fab Ltd., an EPS company that focuses on creating energy-efficient construction products. Dave is also a Member of the Board of Directors for EPS Industry Alliance Inc.

In the past, Dave has held significant positions in the retail industry. Dave was the Vice President Retail - Western Canada at RONA, where they had complete P&L responsibility for over 140 stores. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and General Manager at Dick's Lumber, overseeing the integration and rebranding efforts after its acquisition by RONA.

Dave's experience also includes working at Totem Building Supplies Ltd., where they served as the Vice President and General Manager. Dave played a key role in the acquisition by RONA and oversaw multiple aspects of the subsidiary, including store operations, distribution, marketing, and finance. Additionally, they held roles as the Director of Retail Operations and Director of Operations for Northern Alberta at RONA.

Dave Carr is currently a fourth-year doctoral student at the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business. Dave also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University Faculty of Business. In addition, they have a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University. Dave has completed General Studies at both the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and Mount Royal University.
