Kristen Bracamonte Switzer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the National Director of Learning and Development at Taylor Morrison since October 2016, Kristen has held titles such as National Director of Talent Development & People Operations and Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at SP Express and Senior Director of Human Resources, Employee Engagement at Origami Owl Custom Jewelry, where Kristen built the HR department from the ground up. Additional experience includes positions at Integra Telecom, K. Hovnanian Homes, IMPATH, Inc., and IMC Magnetics, showcasing a strong foundation in HR strategy, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
