Mapet Santos has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Recruitment Manager and previously as the Senior Technical Recruitment Officer at Planate Management Group since June 2017. In these roles, Mapet Santos oversees the implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies, ensuring compliance and generating recruitment reports. Prior to this, Mapet Santos worked as an HR Recruitment Consultant, an HR Officer at Planters Development Bank, and a Recruitment Consultant at ANZ Global Services & Operations. Mapet Santos began a career in recruitment at IBM as a Sourcing Teamlead and further developed expertise as a recruiter at Avanti. Mapet Santos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from De La Salle University.
