Jenna Heeren currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prince Industries, joined in August 2023, where responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment across six locations in Illinois, Florida, Massachusetts, and Vermont, focusing on manufacturing and aerospace industries. Previously, Jenna worked as a Technical Engineering Recruiter at Torc Robotics from December 2021 to May 2023, specializing in recruiting for software engineering roles in autonomy. Prior to that, Jenna held the position of Account Manager - Engineering at Aerotek, managing engineering recruitment and staffing needs. Earlier roles included Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek and internships that provided educational support at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and Nevada Community School District. Jenna holds a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Iowa.
