Étienne Lepage has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and urban planning. Étienne currently works as a Project Manager - Predevelopment at Plan A Real Estate since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BC2 as a Project Manager from January 2021 to October 2022. Before joining BC2, Étienne worked at INFRA PLANIFICATION URBAINE as a Project Manager from December 2018 to January 2021 and as an Inspector - urban planning and environment from August 2017 to December 2018. Étienne started their career as a City agent - Urban planning at the City of Saint-Lazare from May 2015 to August 2017.

Étienne Lepage's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Collège de Valleyfield, where they pursued a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Arts visuels. Étienne studied there until 2013.

In 2013, Étienne Lepage enrolled at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Urbanism. Étienne completed their studies and graduated from ESG UQAM in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Étienne Lepage obtained the title of Urbaniste from the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec in January 2020.
