Fleming Rachel currently serves as a Fraud Investigator at PlainsCapital Bank since April 2023. Prior to this role, Fleming accumulated 25 years of experience with the City of Denton, advancing through various positions including Deputy Chief, Police Lieutenant, Police Sergeant, Detective in Financial Crimes, Community Resource Officer, and Patrol Officer. Additionally, Fleming is enhancing professional development through participation in the Senior Management Institute for Police, which began in June 2022.
