Bledi Jahjaga is an experienced food operations professional currently serving as the Head of Food at Pizza Pilgrims since November 2019. In this role, Bledi focuses on enhancing the pizza offerings, building relationships with supply chain partners, and fostering internal communication to ensure high quality and safe working practices.
