Claudia Iglesias, PhD, is a seasoned professional in marketing and consumer behavior, currently serving as Senior Manager of Menu Innovation and Senior Manager of Consumer Insights at Tim Hortons since June 2022. Claudia has an extensive academic background, having worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant and Lecturer at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, where Claudia was a finalist for the Laurier Student Teaching Award of Excellence in 2019 and 2020. Previous experiences include roles at the Lazaridis Institute, Schulich School of Business at York University, and various positions at Beiersdorf and GIRISSIMA.COM, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing.
