Zoila Zambrano has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the customer service industry. Zoila began their career at MVS USA in 1997 as a Customer Service Manager, where they worked for almost nine years. In 2006, they joined BMW of North America, LLC as a Senior Customer Service employee, holding this position for four years. Zoila then returned to MVS USA in 2010, where they took on various roles including VDP Support and Training Manager, Senior Manager of Pricing and Client Services, and most recently, Director of Sales and Channel Development for the Latin America region.
Zoila Zambrano earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which they attended from 1994 to 1999.
