Agata Fratczak obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Insurance, with a specialization in Banking and International Finance, from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland. Agata attended the university from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they earned the European Foundation Certificate in Banking from The European Banking & Financial Services Training Association in April 2011. In the same year, they also received the Certified Employee of a Bank certification from The Polish Bank Association. In 2007, they obtained the LCCI Spoken English for Industry and Commerce Diploma - Level 4 from LCCI International Qualifications.
